Executive Suites, virtual office, and live answer receptionist provider assumes the management of two operations bringing the total number of locations to sixteen.
BOULDER- Office Evolution, a Colorado-based executive suite, virtual office, conference center and live answer receptionist provider, has assumed the management of two executive suite operations: Broadway Suites in downtown Boulder on the Pearl Street Mall and The Executive Suites at Denver West in Golden near the Denver West exit on I-70. These facilities represent the fourth and fifth additions by Office Evolution in the past three months. Office Evolution now operates sixteen business centers along the Colorado Front Range with a combined total of 399 private offices, 39 meeting and training rooms, and 150,000 square feet of space. In business for only five years, Office Evolution continues to be Colorado's fastest growing executive suites and virtual office provider.
The addition of the already established downtown Boulder facility, Office Evolution has assumed the management of Broadway Suites. The site was previously operated by owner Paul Eklund of P.N. Eklund Interests, Inc. The space offers five floors with 59 executive suites, one large board room, and two conference rooms. "The change in management will be highly beneficial for our existing clients as well as the business community in Boulder," says Eklund. "Office Evolution offers a network of locations and enables business professionals to meet in a variety of offices along the Front Range." This transaction will allow Eklund to focus more on new real estate developments for P.N. Eklund Interests including additional development of his Office Partners fiber optic and telecommunications offerings.
Office Evolution has also assumed The Executive Suites at Denver West, formerly operated by Peter and Christopher Doig of Clover Road Properties. The facility offers 22 private offices, one large boardroom, and a conference room. "This change will provide our tenants with enhanced benefits and services" says Peter Doig. "Office Evolution will provide our tenants with extended reception hours and IT support. We are confident that our tenants will appreciate the services offered by the facility's new management team."

BOULDER, CO April 1, 2008 Office Evolution, a Colorado-based executive suite, virtual office, and conference center provider, announces its five year anniversary and celebrates continued expansion plans. Within just 5 years Office Evolution has grown from one location with two employees to fourteen business centers and over thirty employees. This rapid expansion has made Office Evolution the state's fastest growing executive suites and virtual office services provider.
Office Evolution was founded on April 1st 2003 by President, Mark Hemmeter. Mr. Hemmeter was an entrepreneur needing a remote office and administrative support but did not want the overhead or hassle of hiring employees and securing space for his small business. His dissatisfaction with the limited and restrictive services available inspired him to create a seamless network of business centers, virtual offices and reception service. The kick-off event in February was a huge success, with over 40 attendees. The FYI Friday is in much anticipation by business professionals and will most likely draw even a bigger attendance as word has spread through the business community.
