New Live Answer hours

Effective Monday, March 9th, our live telephone answering hours will change slightly. Please see the schedule below:

Monday – Thursday: 8 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Sunday: No live answer services

New offices available in downtown Denver

Newly remodeled executive suites are available at month to month, 6 month and 12 month lease terms at our downtown Denver business center, on the corner of Market and 17th Street.

Leases start as low as $590/month, and include telephone and internet service as well as front desk reception.

For existing members, we have beautiful conference room and board room space available for $12-15/hour – a perfect space at a perfect location to impress your clients!

Office Evolution celebrates two anniversaries

Six year anniversary of Office Evolution

On April 1st, 2003, President and Founder Mark Hemmeter began Office Evolution with one small business center in Boulder, Colorado and a handful of clients.

Six years later, Office Evolution has grown to include 14 locations spanning the Colorado Front Range, including Denver, Golden, Aurora, Longmont, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs and Littleton, and provides office and meeting space, live answer and technology services to over 1000 clients. We are proud to continually offer small and mid-size businesses an affordable option to increase their level of professionalism and efficiency by offering a variety of customized business services. Our wonderful Member Services Specialists make the face of your business bright and welcoming, and we take pride in the superb attention to detail and customer service skills they offer to you and your clients.

One year anniversary of Colorado Springs acquisition

In February of 2008, Office Evolution expanded its network of business centers to include three Colorado Springs locations at:

• 2 North Cascade Avenue, Suite 1100

One year later, we have over 140 Colorado Springs clients and tenants. Special kudos go out to our hard-working Colorado Springs staff: Neale, Reyna, Vinnie and Vivian. Thank you to all of our Colorado Springs members for your continuing support!

Office Evolution launches a new website

Office Evolution is proud to announce a brand new website.

The new and improved version can be found at the same URL, www.OfficeEvolution.com. The Member Log-In feature, where you can check your balance and pay bills online, is much the same as with the old website. Check it out, and let us know what you think!

Office Evolution conducted client surveys at the end of February, and we are now in the process of compiling and analyzing the results. Thank you to those of you who participated and took the time to respond – your feedback and input are very important to us! Office Evolution plans on using your comments and suggestions to help identify areas where we can serve you better. We will have more information on these improvements soon, so keep an eye out for updates! This month Office Evolution would like to recognize a new virtual member, Buyers’ Slice Realty.
