Wear your PJ’s to work for a good cause

On January 28th, Office Evolution location managers have the option to wear their pajamas to work as a part of the 5th annual Wear Your Pajamas To Work Day. The proceeds of this fundraiser go to Denver’s Road Home, a 10-year plan to end homelessness in Denver.

OE invites tenants and members to participate (and wear their PJs too, if desired).

Kristin Russell & Helene Mentzel

Kristin & Helene are therapists
based out of the Office Evolution Louisville office

Kristin Russell, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist practicing in the area of women's wellness. She focuses on working with women who suffer from depression, anxiety, and perinatal illness (mood disorders during pregnancy and postpartum). She offers women a place to treat and recover from mental health symptoms through individual therapy.

The demands of everyday life and juggling multiple responsibilities, too often, leave women worn out and at risk for illness. Dr. Russell encourages women to create life choices that reflect self-care by treating themselves with the same love and concern they offer to others. She uses cognitive-behavior therapy to treat mood disorders and focuses on caring for the whole self, which includes mind, body, and spirit. She accepts most major insurance plans.

Helene R. Mentzel, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice, and she specializes in women's issues. These issues include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, Postpartum Depression/Perinatal Mood Disorders, sexual, physical, emotional and verbal abuse, separation and divorce, life changes, family of origin issues, chronic stress, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Office Evolution News

Thank you for your toy donations!!

Office Evolution held a toy drive for Families First of Colorado, and employees, tenants and virtual members together collected 186 toys for Colorado children in need, ages infant-18.

Office Evolution was one of 128 individuals and companies to contribute to the Families First Gift of Hope holiday program.

Office Evolution at the Jingle Bell Run

Office Evolution VP of Operations, Christy Bishop, Controller, Kathie Robinson and Location Managers CJ Strange (Park Meadows) and Emily Larson (Boulder Pearl) volunteered their time at the December 13th annual Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk in Denver’s Washington Park.

With over 2,000 participants in this year’s event, the Jingle Bell Run/Walk benefits The Arthritis Foundation.
