New Location Managers at Park Meadows and Boulder Pearl business centers
Deanna Krugman joined us April 14th as our new Location Manager at the Park Meadows business center alongside CJ Strange.
Beth Wolseben joined us April 26th as our new Location Manager at the Boulder Pearl business center.
They are both great additions to the team. Please extend to them a warm OE welcome!
Employee Spotlight
Long time OE Location Manager celebrates 5 year anniversary with company
Patricia Boden (or PJ, as some may know her) has been with Office Evolution since late April 2005, and has worn many different hats and met more OE tenants and members than perhaps any other employee.
She began as a Location Manager (at that time called an MSS, Member Services Specialist) for the Boulder Pearl office while helping set up and open the newly acquired Boulder Walnut business center. She has also managed the Longmont, Golden and Louisville business centers at different times, and is now the Location Manager at our newest business center, Broomfield/Interlocken.
In addition to these tasks, Patricia has helped out with facilities management and marketing duties, and has continuously been a top performing sales associate for OE.
Here are a few fun facts about PJ:
- She’s a 3rd generation Colorado native
- Her dream car is a 1970 Chevelle SS (silver with black racing stripes)
- The last concert PJ attended was Aerosmith
- PJ’s favorite movies are ‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ and ‘Gone in 60 Seconds’
- One of her claims to fame is that she is distantly related to Elvis Presley
- PJ’s biggest pet peeve is being called Pat, Patty or Trish
Co-workers and customers alike enjoy Patricia’s good humor and friendly demeanor. If you haven’t met her already, stop in and say “hello” the next time you find yourself at the Interlocken business center. Thanks, PJ, for all the hard work you do!
