Shared Workspace Pioneer Holds Fourth Annual Convention for Franchisees
Office Evolution Celebrates Continued Growth and 65 Locations Open and Under Development
LOUISVILLE, CO – Shared office space operator and franchisor Office Evolution celebrated another successful year at its annual franchise conference held in Denver, Colorado in October. Over 115 Franchisees, Business Center Managers, industry-specific vendors, and Office Evolution team members gathered to recognize the achievements of the past year and discuss the brand’s strategic plan for 2019.
Office Evolution continued its aggressive expansion efforts in 2018 by opening 23 new locations. In total, the brand's footprint supports over 2,800 entrepreneurs and includes: 65 business centers open and in development, in 25 states, with over 555,000 SF of commercial real estate.
William Edmundson, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer for the Global Workspace Association talked about the brand’s strategy, the importance of the Business Center Manager role, and leveraging industry partners.
