We are incredibly grateful for Jen saving us with working internet for virtual presentations when our hotel had an internet outage last week! Jen was so helpful, prompt, kind and supportive when we camped at Office Evolution in Ann Arbor for half the day last week. Highly recommend this space!

Office Evolution in Ann Arbor has been my home office away from home for a few years now. My experience there has been great. The staff is professional, the people are friendly and always ready to help and it is a very welcoming place to work in.

We love Office Evolution. The facilities are great and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There are plenty of open spaces to work Including soundproof pods to take private meetings. The decor is modern and provides a great vibe. We highly recommend this location.

This is a great place to work as you start and grow your company. The environment is set up so all you have to worry about is growing your company. The team at Office Evolution is always there, helpful and create a “community” with the various entrepreneurs and organizations. The team does everything they can to ensure you have the right space to work effectively and efficiently so you can focus on what you need to do everyday to build your company. Dave and Jen – thank you for being great partners!

I came in for a free trial day and was blown away at the kindness of the community here. Jen at the front desk was super sweet and several coworkers introduced themselves to me. I wasn’t able to return due to unforeseen circumstances, but I definitely would have joined if I could have. This is a special place.

I coordinated a small training/class here that was 8 sessions long over the course of a few weeks. Honestly, no complaints! The price for the area and space provided, quality of the space, and customer service were all phenomenal from my perspective.

While visiting Ann Arbor, I discovered Office Evolution – a standout coworking space with day pass options. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and it’s a hub for professional SMB tenants and collaborative coworkers. Highly recommend for productive workdays! I’m eager to explore their other locations.

My go-to when in town. Can’t say enough good things about staff accommodating me when in town (looking at you Jen and team) and the professional camaraderie. I’ll be back.

Office Evolution has been the perfect place for the Ann Arbor Film Festival to hold our staff, board, and other meetings as needed. Dave and Jen are incredibly supportive and super flexible and can always find a solution for any scheduling dilemma. The great bonus is the wonderful community of folks using the spaces, which makes for an amazingly creative, supportive, and fun atmosphere full of relevant networking connections.

David and his staff have created a productive and convivial environment and business ecosystem full of creative exchanges.

I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was an amazing experience! Great customer service, very clean space, other renters were very friendly.
From the art on the walls, fantastic cold brew and inviting environment, it creates a wonderful place to work. I am looking forward to going back.

Dave’s Office Evolution franchise is amazing. Every time I am there I find everyone — staff and tenants – to be so warm and friendly. I don’t have an office at Office Evolution but every time I have a meeting there I am greeted and treated so well. It is unusual to be so comfortable that you feel like it’s home when you’re simply visiting others with whom you have a business connection. And the Friday Happy Hours at 455pm, sometimes with speakers, are the icing on the cake. Kudos to Dave and Office Evolution.

A+ First Class facility AND Management. I have been a member for the shared office space and now a temporary office with both experiences being more than worth the cost. Dave does a great job managing everything and is always has a “can do” spirit to help in any way he can.

The offices are beautifully decorated, professional, and able to accommodate a meeting of any size. The staff members are also wonderful and attentive to their clients’ office needs.

I had the opportunity to office out of Office Evolution from May to Dec 2022 & I have to say it’s an amazing facility. You’re surrounded by entrepreneur’s from all walks of life, friendly, collaborative folks, ample access to meeting rooms and common areas, it’s very quiet for actual work. Some of the perks, like Cold Brew Coffee on tap are over the top! Dave and his team do a wonderful job & given the opportunity, I’ll definitely be back!

Love love love the staff and the space. Always felt like I was among friends. My first exposure was attending a meeting for an organization I volunteer with in Ann Arbor. Dave was a warm and hospitable host and we formed an instant connection talking about the artwork from local artist that he displays in the common spaces. Fast forward months later I just had my artist reception there this past Saturday. Words can’t describe the commitment of everyone who came forward to contribute to the event in every shape or form right from providing drinks, food, gift baskets, helping with logistics, and just being there to support me. A special shout out to Jen who is just awesome and Dave, Carol and Dan. When I finally make a living off my art I will definitely rent a co-working space there :0) Jokes apart, if you are looking for a space that will let you grow and give you a sense of community look no further than OE Ann Arbor.
