This place is freaking amazing! And the people are just as such. I would recommend anyone do business within these offices. The view alone is an absolute stunner!

I truly enjoyed working from there. The co-working is quiet and comfortable. The phone booth is a super plus when you need to attend short meetings. I’ll definitely come back!

I recently enjoyed working in OE, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the modern design and welcoming atmosphere. The open layout fosters collaboration, while the private meeting rooms are perfect for focused discussions.

The amenities are top-notch—high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable workstations, and a well-stocked kitchen make it a joy to work here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any needs. Plus, the location is unbeatable, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants for lunch breaks.

Just the atmosphere and office space I was looking for to continue serving my clients well. I absolutely love the decor and the accessibility. The surrounding area is chic and gives upscale in the Riverside neighborhood; it definitely was a great decision. If you are looking for a professional business environment with the best view in the city , this would be the way to go.

Carla was great! My first time at an Office Evolution and they gave me exactly what I needed: a place for my work calls and to get some tasks done.

This is a great co-working space, it’s very clean, and has great views of the river. Carla is a phenomenal office manager, she’s always willing to help.

Office Evolution is a very beautiful office with extremely friendly staff and amazing view. The perks they provide make you feel cared for, and there isn’t a single thing I’d change around the office.

I had the opportunity to meet with one of my major clients this week at this facility and it was a fantastic experience range from the amenities to the support staff. I would recommend Office Evolution. It is also very convenient to I95 and had ample parking and security.

I’ve really enjoyed my time with Office Evolution! Currently working a hybrid schedule, but it’s always a pleasure to go into the office. The offices are inviting, yet professional, with a variety of office types/sizes to accommodate your needs. The location is excellent, right by the water with a numerous lunch options, but if you’re eating in office the breakroom is beautifully maintained and there’s great balcony over looking the St John (you might even spot a dolphin, or two). Carla at the front desk is a pleasure to have in the office. She is always bright and super helpful!

From my initial OE Jacksonville Brooklyn Tour to booking my first rental space, it was a positive and awesome experience. Carla explained the usage and cost of each available space so I had a clear understanding of making my first reservation. If you’re wondering how my first booking went, PERFECT!

Leasing office space from Office Evolution was s smart decision. The office space is attractive and well designed for in office or co-working space. Carla, the administrator treats us like partners, always respectful and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a fantastic landlord and a great office space. The riverfront location doesn’t hurt, either!

This facility is fantastic. It’s always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly excellent and accommodating. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Carla, in particular, in exceptional, both in scheduling and in greeting us, and assisting us upon arrival. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit a pleasure.

The staff at this location has always been very helpful and accommodating. They have always been more than willing to assist with any and all special requests and they do a great job of responding to questions and following up.

Working a hybrid schedule half a week at the office and the other half at home, Office Evolution makes working in the office a positive experience. The office is welcoming and well lit, Carla at the front desk is always a friendly face, the availability of hot and cold beverages is a big plus. Office Evolution is a great alternative to a typical office setting.

Office Evolution in Jacksonville Brooklyn is an excellent office space setting. The location and access is very convenient. Carla does an outstanding job in greeting and assisting clients as well as visitors. The office area has all of the conveniences required to conduct business including office space, meeting rooms and break areas. A very professional environment!

Great service and experience all around. The space is clean, modern, well maintained and has excellent access and parking. Location is amazing. Right on the river with a patio you can use and access to the riverside trail, as well as an easy walk to the amazing 5 points area. Lots of good eats nearby and even a very decent deli in the building itself.

I needed office space for a few months in the area and this was clearly the best choice. Good value for the price, and the place is run like a Swiss watch. They are very responsive to any requests and super easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Top Class experience. Promptly responsive team that went above and beyond to accomodate me with space on short notice. I had the privilege of spending time at the Brooklyn location. The space is beautiful, tidy, and offers a variety of workspace arrangements and pricing options to meet your needs. The customer service from my first call, to walking into the building, was phenomenal. I felt welcome and greatly appreciate the courtesy, kindness, and respect I was shown.

Huge props to Carla and team. When back in the area and in need of a workspace, this location will be at the top of my list. Keep up the great work!
