We’ve been using Office Evolution-Ontario CA as our second location to meet with clients from the San Bernardino area for quite some time now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The convenience it offers to our clients is invaluable.
Even though we use our own in-house phone number and receptionist to handle calls, the receptionist at Office Evolution is exceptionally helpful and professional. Whenever we have a client scheduled to meet with our attorney, they ensure the client feels welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Offering coffee or tea, they create a warm atmosphere that puts our clients at ease. They also promptly notify our office when a client has arrived, which helps our operations run smoothly.
The facilities are top-notch—clean, modern, and well-maintained—which reflects positively on our firm. The meeting rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it easy for us to focus on our clients without worrying about logistics. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate any special requests we might have.

Despite being real, it still feels like a dream. Upon discovering this page and the group admin’s recommendation, along with other community evaluations confirming its legality, I felt compelled to give PRIME a try, trusting that whatever outcome I would have to accept. Helped me raise my credit score from 480 to 801, which surprised me the most. Hard questions focusing on TU, EQ, and EX were eliminated. In fact, they enhanced my report with a few tradelines. When Office Evolution came in and took over this business center, they did a significant remodel of the suite, making my personal experience so profoundly better. Using as a drop in office for clients in the Inland Empire, I was no longer hesitant to have clients come to my office there. From day one, the new Business Center manager for Office Evolution, Juan Montes De Oca, took great care to make sure all tenants and my clients were well taken care of, providing a superb level of customer service. Technology was upgrade over time, accommodating me and my company for whatever was needed to better conduct our business. Pricing was very fair and reasonable comparatively with other similar Business Centers. Covid resulted in my work being done virtually from our Main Office in Orange County, creating no further need for our presence with Office Evolution in Ontario. I do not hesitate to recommend Office Evolution to anyone needing such services, and I will personally not hesitate to reestablish membership with Juan and Office Evolution in the future, if needed. Well run, first class facility!

I’ve been renting with Office Evolution since May of 2021 and I love it here! It’s great for those who just want a single place when starting a business and with reasonable prices. They are flexible with leasing and are quick to resolve any issues you may have. My clients love coming to the building and have no trouble finding the place. I recommend Office Evolution to anyone looking for shared spaces or just an office for yourself!
